Behind the scenes: Kitchen tour in Las Vegas
In June 2023, we had the incredible opportunity to learn more about the secrets of the kitchen at the Venetian Convention Center in Las Vegas! Chef Jerome gave us a glimpse behind the scenes and explained how food is prepared for 10,000 people.
The Venetian Resort is the second largest hotel in the world with more than 7.000 bedrooms as well as multiple meeting rooms and large exhibition halls.
The staff at the convention kitchen is only approx. 100 PAX, preparing food for thousands of attendees- in excellent quality.
